You retain ownership of the content (such as menu items and images) that you upload to your own restaurant profile.
Some features of Menum.so are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (e.g., monthly). You may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods unless required by law.
Our platform may contain links to third-party web sites or services (such as WhatsApp for ordering) that are not owned or controlled by Menum.so. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
Menum.so is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
